SITE SURVEY

Graphics Installation LLC is proud to announce having assisted with one of the largest office-to-residential conversions in the United States. Located in Manhattan's financial district, the leasing organization needed banners to advertise that new apartments were coming and ready to lease.

We conducted a site survey to assess the signage dimensions and plan our upcoming installation work from the ground up.

BANNER INSTALLATION

A large-format printer worked to design the signage and banners. They sent them to one of our locations so we could prep for the day.

Due to the ideal weather conditions, our installation for the building facade was scheduled for Mother’s Day. The installation involved an eight-man team, a boom lift, and specialized equipment to install the vinyl on the building’s facade.

At the same time, we had installers place scaffolding banners to help advertise the property while construction was underway. This allows pedestrians at a distance to learn about the project while also reducing the unsightliness that may come with scaffolding around a property. This was a 2-day job.

After our team completed the job, the leasing company provided a satisfactory grade for the work.
